The Toyota Roadside Assistance Programme is applicable to all Toyota models covered by a Toyota manufacturer’s warranty or Toyota Genuine Warranty. Toyota Roadside Assistance entitles you to the following 24 hour emergency Roadside Assistance benefits:

1. Out of fuel assistance
2. Jump-start Service and/or replacement of battery (if battery is still under 1-year guarantee)
3. Change of flat tyre.
4. Key lockout Service
5. Towing of your vehicle to the nearest Lexus dealership in the event of mechanical/electronic breakdown
